The Power of Positive

Do you have a positve or negative outlook? What are your thoughts
and how do other people react to you?
Are you constantly in a state of conflict with yourself or
other people?
We can, by our thoughts change our life. Now this is amazing,
but true!
By simply thinking in a positive manner you will affect your
outward appearance & demeanor and receive positive benefits in
your life.
You've probably heard about the "Secret" the
Law of Attraction is about sharing positive thinking,
self-motivation and maximizing your potential which will result in
attracting abundance.

A person's thoughts both conscious and unconscious
are said to attract corresponding positive and negative
experiences, thus, the basic principle of the Law of
Attraction.
Thoughts are very powerful. They affect your general attitude. The
attitude you carry reflects on your appearance, too – unless, of
course, you are a great actor or actress.
Positive thoughts have a profound effect. They
are almost intoxicating in their magnetic qualities. In
addition, the people around the person carrying positive
thoughts are usually energized by this type of attitude and most
often respond likewise, so everyone is happier.
Negative thoughts on the other hand have a rather
draining effect on other people. Aside from making you look
gloomy and sad, negative thoughts can turn a festive gathering into
a somber affair.
Your attitude can and will influence people around you. Now
this is powerful stuff ... your actions can make an
astounding difference on others around you. Try this little
experiment, visualize something that you love or anything that is
positive and uplifting, now put your best smile on and walk into a
room and watch how the other people react to you. You could reverse
this and think of something totally negative, now I'm not saying
that other people will neccessarily treat you in a negative
fashion, but you will have a dampening effect on those people.
The type of attitude you possess depends on you. It can be
either positive or negative. This is not to say that it's easy
to think in a positve manner all the time, actually,you
might find it quite challenging, but well worth the effort.
Practice! Remember, you reap what you sow.
We can also define attitude as the way of looking at the world,
your over-all general outlook. If you choose to focus
on bad or negative thoughts in the world, you're
more than likely going to display this same character. However, if
you choose to focus on the positive things, you are more
likely to have and transfer a positive attitude.
A positive attitude begins with a healthy self-image. If you will
love the way you are and are satisfied, confident, and
self-assured, you will also make others around feel the same
way.
A negative attitude, on the other hand, has of course, the
opposite effect. By supporting negative thoughts, you not
only feel bad about yourself, but you make others feel the
same way.
If you want to have a positive attitude, you have to visualize
healthy, positive thoughts. This is very hard to do nowadays
since, all around us, the media feeds us nothing but negative
thoughts. A recent study shows that for every 14 things a parent
says to his or her child, only one is positive. What a sad,
sobering thought. I imagine if this were
reversed that the term "dysfuntional" would become passe.
Although it is impossible to shield ourselves from the
negative things around us, you can still strive for a
positive attitude by focusing on the thoughts that bring joy
and peace into your life instead of all the
negativity.
As always, if you are beset by troubles,focus on the positive
things in life that bring you pleasure.
Problems will become a mere challenge for you to overcome
instead of the doom and gloom.
There is so much to be gained by having a healthy, positive
attitude.
